I love to read. I could spend hours reading. I also love books. Although the Kindle has it's perks...I'm drawn to the book. The feel of it in my hands, turning the pages, the smell of a new book, the smell of an old book. And then I read them and stack them up. I keep all the books I read. So when I had kids, I knew we would read. Read a lot. I was reading to them before they were born. Kait is my biggest reader. She's just like me, she will pick up a book and have it read in two days. The other two enjoy reading too and both read above age level. So today...when the rain ruined our working in the yard plans, we decided to take a trip to the library. I love our small town library. I remember as a child riding my bike up there to just browse through all of the books. Now, I take my three babies (who aren't really babies anymore) up to do the same. If we could just remember to return our books on time...
My Mr. Drew is so full of questions! I feel so bad that I don't know the answers to his unending questions! I saw this stack of books at the library and I hope he will read them all!
I loved these books when I was Khloe's age. I convinced her to check out the first one. I know she will enjoy them as much as I did.
They still have a card catalog at our library.
